I haven't received my serial number for Sure Cuts A Lot, when can I expect it?
Having your serial number emailed is a manual process that may take up to 24 hours if you ordered when the item was in stock. If you placed your order during a preorder period, you will receive your serial number within 24 hours of the item being back in stock. Do you sell the most current version of Sure Cuts A Lot?
Yes, we sell the same version as the manufacturer. You can download the latest version or update the version you currently have on the
Download
page. The CD version is also the same version that the manufacturer sells.

We process orders and ship them within 3 business days. Depending on which shipping option you chose, it can take up to 4 days to reach you. Feel free to

I ordered a pre-order item along with in-stock items. Will the pre-order item hold up my shipment?
Yes, the entire order will be shipped together when the pre-order items arrive. If you prefer to have your in-stock items shipped immediately, just email us and we will send you an invoice for the shipping amount.
Which shipping option should I choose?
If you are located in the US, choose First Class shipping. If you are located in Canada, choose First Class Shipping Canada. If you are located outside of North America, choose "Invoice Me For Shipping". We will send you a Paypal invoice for the exact shipping amount. If you have purchased Sure Cuts A Lot software and would NOT like the CD mailed to you, you may choose Download Only. This shipping option is only for this situation. If you have purchased other items in our store and choose the Download Only option, we will send you a Paypal invoice for the correct shipping amount and edit your order.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We charge actual shipping which we can calculate before you place your order if you wish. If you would like insurance or delivery confirmation please let us know.
